Fixed Interest Only or Partially Amortized Loans Available - Fixed Programs, No drastic adjustable Pre Payment Penalties of 12 months or less.
Fees to be negotiated and conforming to Section 32 regulations.

Commercial/Mixed Use/Apts/Multi Family/5+ Units
1st and 2nd Trust Deeds 60%-65% - Evaluated on a case by case basis.
0 Fixed Interest Only or Partially Amortized Loans Available - Fixed Programs, No drastic adjustable Pre Payment Penalties of 12 months or less.
Broker and Referral fee to be negotiated.
